Shipping Policy – Rawlings Woodworks

Order Processing & Tracking

Rawlings Woodworks processes orders as quickly as possible. Processing time typically ranges from 4-5 weeks, excluding Sundays and federal holidays.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information is automatically emailed to the address provided at checkout. Failure to receive or review tracking notifications does not constitute non-delivery.

Rawlings Woodworks is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been tendered to FedEx Freight.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

At this time, international shipping is not available.

Available Shipping Methods

  • USPS First Class Mail (3–5 business days – estimated)
  • USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days – estimated)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express (1–2 business days – USPS Guaranteed)

⚠️ All delivery times are estimates unless explicitly marked as guaranteed by USPS.

Guaranteed vs. Non-Guaranteed Services

If a Priority Mail Express shipment arrives later than the delivery standard published on USPS.com, customers may request a shipping label refund directly through USPS, subject to USPS approval.

First Class Mail and Priority Mail are NOT guaranteed.

Shipping fees for these services are non-refundable under all circumstances, including delays.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address as entered by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

If a package is returned to Rawlings Woodworks due to an address issue, the customer may request reshipment at their expense once the package is received.

Delivery Confirmation & Chargebacks

Once a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, delivery is considered complete.

Carrier delivery confirmation serves as final proof of delivery.

Rawlings Woodworks does not issue refunds or replacements for orders marked delivered by the carrier.

Filing a chargeback for an order confirmed as delivered may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Order cancellation privileges being revoked
  • Supporting evidence being submitted to the payment processor

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Rawlings Woodworks is not liable for:

  • Packages lost or delayed by USPS
  • Theft after delivery
  • Carrier operational delays

Shipping Insurance

Shipping Insurance is included by default unless removed at checkout.

  • If insurance was active, Rawlings Woodworks will assist with carrier claims
  • If insurance was removed, the customer assumes full risk of loss, theft, or damage during transit

Claims without active shipping insurance will not be refunded or replaced.

Damage Claims

Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted outside this window may be denied.

To initiate a damage claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photos of the damaged product

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in claim denial.
